Poly-cotton twill blend feels like it's more polyester than cotton, but that's not true. Elastic waistline is still very strong and clings to your waist without a belt. You also get two button-closure leg cargo pockets, two hip slash pockets, and one velcro-closure back pocket, as well as two metal square clasps at the hips for attaching suspenders.
I'm 5'11 and 220lbs, at 34-34 they still fit decently comfortably with enough leg length to blouse them when desired, otherwise they fit like a relaxed boot-cut.
